There is a Dr. Yakov Epstein at Rutgers, however he's a math professor.
There's a Psychology Dr. Yakov Epstein who is (was?) associated with
the Medical school, which is indeed part of the NJ state system of
which Rutgers is a part.
That Dr. Epstein is a licensed psychologist specializing in marital
counseling and infertility. Somehow, I really doubt his expertise in
the computing industry.
