Have a customer with a rather unusual email problem. He has an MSN account and uses hotmail. The problem starts when a recipient of one of his emails clicks on reply. Instead of showing the address it was sent from it shows the reply to of another account he has long stopped using. Have looked at his configuration on the MSN site and can find nothing to cause this. My advise was to get a gmail account but short of that anyone have a clue?
