Sounds like that recipient's computer needs work - anti-virus, 
anti-spyware, anti-venom, anti-adware, anti-ms, uncle-ms, oh wait 
some of that is redundant.

What does this have to do with a Mac?

If your customer is using a Mac and MSN ... offer him a brick and 
some superglue.
