Hmmm. I have swapped out a couple of routers connected to my
Verizon DSL "modem." Seemed straight forward. You need just
your username/password. Configuration of the router is
often particular to the router, but I think the key parts
are to set "keep active" for lease, and DHCP automatic
for the connection. Didn't you get a "manual" with the
new router? If not, you might try <http://www.airlink101.com>.
