So you DID have one problem ----  Duh!!!

Apple , and others, make sweeping "generalized statements", that when  
followed eliminate the possibility of certain types of problems ----  
Your statement fits a 'Reduced Universe' of possibilities, and thus  
is NOT a valid rebuttal to Apple's intent.
That you didn't have many problems is great for you, but as advice  
for EVERYONE else, is "Bad Advice".
