Just thought I'd let you know.. the absolute worst/ buggiest software I've recently installed on my computer was from my HP scanner, I've made sure it has been upgraded to the newest releases and it just keeps getting worse. The only program in the package that's worthwhile is the edit function in HP Photosmart Studio. I like the scanner hate the software. I would recommend you get your hands on a copy of Vue Scan it costs around $40.00 spend the money and don't look back.
