Sorry Steve did not mean to distract from your original query. The only thing I could find was <http://www.lightinguniverse.com/products/view.aspx?sku=2093169> For $40 USD it is pricey. I probably paid a lot less than half that price 20 years ago. You would think you could go to Fry's, Walmat, Staples,Tiger Direct or Cyberguys and find one for much less ...but apparently not so.
