I'm moving from my trusty old G4 Quicksilver to a G5, and I want to transfer all my mail (mailboxes etc.) and Firefox bookmarks over to the G5 (both Macs are running 10.4.11). I know the mail is in the Users > Library, along with a lot of other stuff, like printer drivers etc., so what would happen if I just replaced the Library in the freshly-installed OS on the G5 with the entire Library folder from the G4?
And where does Firefox keep all its bookmarks? Can I just drag that folder over to the G5 too? Thanks for any help!
