Tom: For e-mail, your copy and replace idea may not work. And if Migration Assistant does not work for you, go to this old thread: http://groups.google.com/group/g3-5-list/browse_thread/thread/01a1eb39527f6643?hl=en beginning date/time: Aug 21, 11:10 am. Or find it by going into the list archives under "Discussions," search on "Mail" and click on the third hit "Mail ---- Success!!" -- "Aug 22 by Charles Davis - 5 messages - 2 authors." With Panther on my QuickSilver G4/733MHz, Migration Assistant never worked going into a G4 iBook running Tiger and our Aluminum Intel iMac running Leopard. But that may have been a Panther incompatibility rather than the machine. I had to physically copy the Mail folder to the new machines' desktops and then have the new machines' Mail application import from that folder.
