I'm looking at the system requirements for Adobe CS and it looks like
they're saying it won't run on my G4 even if I do upgrade to OS 10.4 -
well it has to be 10.4.11 at least. What about the new iMac I just got?
It should run on that? Or not? iMac has Intel Core Duo 2.4 ghz
processor, 1 GB RAM, ATI Radeon Graphics card. 216 Available GB of hard
drive space.
Here's the shtick:
* PowerPC® G5 or multicore Intel® processor
* Mac OS X v10.4.11–10.5.4
* 512MB of RAM
* 1.8GB of available hard-disk space for installation; additional
free space required during installation (cannot install on a volume
that uses a case-sensitive file system or on flash-based storage
devices)
* 1,280x800 display with 16-bit video card
* DVD-ROM drive
* Broadband Internet connection required for online services*
