No.

Get and install Applejack (including adding Memtest as a custom step  
during installation), boot in single-user mode and run Memtest  
repeatedly. Quick tests while OS X is running in GUI mode cannot test  
all RAM, and a single loop is not sufficient to catch heat-related or  
intermittent failures.
