RAM & drive first, OS 2nd.

Jumper setting. They'll need to be one master & one slave OR both  
cable select. Look at what the setting is on the OEM drive that's  
already installed, and do likewise, meaning if the OEM is master, set  
the new one to slave; if the OEM is cable select, set the new one to  
cable select.
