If it was me, I'd install Ram and optical drive "before" the Leopard  
install as the more ram, the quicker the install for one. As for  
installing the optical drive, I think, if I'm remembering correctly,  
there's only 2 screws that hold the cage in, and 2 cables (the power  
cable can be a bugger to pull out) to remove... they only go in one  
way. Jeff
