Some of you may recall the thread I started about this Powerbook G4 17" 1.67 Mhz, with a Superdrive and a stick of 1GB RAM. I still have it. And the problem still exists, as is recorded here.
But in summary, it it starts, bongs/chimes and gives grey screen. http://tinyurl.com/4x29ks Do you good folks think changing the cable for the hard drive would get this working?
