No answer but I'd also like to find one.

It has a 40 mm square bolt pattern and runs on +5 volts.

I have been lubricating mine. The procedure is to remove the four 
screws that hold it to the board and lift it off. The rotor is then 
easy to move and a half drop of lubricant can be applied. The sticky 
label isn't going to allow lubricant to reach the powdered bronze 
"oilite" bearing.  The gun oil I use for my 0.22 target rifle lasts 
about a half a year before I have to do it again. You want an oil 
that won't form gum. Watch oil, sewing machine oil, but not motor oil 
with its detergents or vegetable oil. Half a drop with a toothpick.
