I just upgraded my RAM on my Macbook- and have done it before. I've never zapped the PRAM and my computer is totally stable and SOOOOO rockin' fast! I'm not sure that you always have to zap the PRAM? Do you mean just for the pre-Intel processors on this list? I still have changed G4 iBook RAM many times before without needing to zap the PRAM. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed Low End Mac's G3-5 List, a group for those using G3, G4, and G5 desktop Macs - with a particular focus on Power Macs.
