By "there" I'm assuming you're meaning they're not shown in your
iTunes application window, meaning they're no longer recognized by
iTunes?

The default location for an iTunes Library is ~user/Music, so if your
iTunes folder is shown there, and the subfolders are all present then
you've still got the music where it belongs.

To "move them all over" I think you mean get iTunes to recognize them
again? You can drag & drop the any files not recognized in iTunes
either onto the iTunes icon either in the Dock or the Applications
folder; or into the Library or Music folder of the lefthand side
toolbar in the open iTunes application window.

If none of your music is shown in iTunes, just drag & drop the entire
~user>Music>iTunes>iTunes Music folder back into iTunes and it will re-
recognize the entire folder. You don't want multiple copies of music
on your HD, so be careful.
