On itunes if there is a letter typed in the search bar on the top right hand corner than only the songs that start with that letter will appear in you iTunes library. If there are multiple letters typed in the search bar and none of your songs begin with those letters than nothing will appear. Make sure all the letters in the search bar on the top right have been deleted.
