Hi and thanks, The chips are marked PC133. This morning I looked at everything, took out the 1st 512 chip OWC sent me, put the newest 512 chip in the center slot, put the 256 chip in the front slot. There's an older 512 in that last slot in the back. Didn't see anything marked in the bay as to what slot is which. Tried installing Adobe CS4 - that was a mess. Flash works okay, but the others didn't fully install or something. Part of it's probably my smallish hard drive, so I'm erasing old stuff. Photoshop 7 stopped working though "shared library error" and it seems I need to do an archive and install to fix that, it's an OS-related problem. I feel ready to give up and go buy a new machine, that's how unhappy I am at this juncture. I have to have some working Photoshop to function, unless I download Gimp. Question now is just related to what to do first. I deinstalled all new CS4 stuff, should prolly yank all OWC chips and then do the archive and install to fix Pshop 7. I am sooooooo tired of going into the bay over and over again, but that's the job.
