A Russian guy made a "live" OS X Tiger DVD a couple years ago, it was called Kismus Live DVD. It works on both PPC Macs and Intel/AMD PCs (I don't know about Intel Macs). It boots into XFolders rather than a normal Finder desktop. Here's the DVD manifest: Kismus Hackintosh Tools v 1.0 beta1 Features Live DVD: • Booting with Intel/AMD SSE2/SSE3 • USB Flashdrive support (HFS+ only) • ZIP/UNZIP support (small files) • Full BSD Subsystem • Install Mac OS X packages Program and utilities: • Xfolders (launcher) • TextEdit • Hex Fiend • Drive Genius • iDefrag • TextMate • FileXaminer • Property List Editor • Disk Utility • Installer • Reset Password • Startup Disk • System Profiler • Terminal • and others... --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed Low End Mac's G3-5 List, a group for those using G3, G4, and G5 desktop Macs - with a particular focus on Power Macs.
