That's what Patchburn for 10.3 would help it do, if I'm not mistaken. It helped me on a PPC 8500 under Xpostfacto & Panther 10.3.9 with a Yamaha CDRW. Could be mistaken ... its been awhile since I used it to fix the burn/ vis-ability.
