I don't want to use Startup disk...I want the thing to start up and  
present me a list of bootable devices, as if I held down the option key.

Gah..I hope I don't have to install grub or yaboot to SEE if they work.

I wonder if I can muck with Open Firmware to do this. I know that's  
how you set verbose booting as default and suchlike.
