They're all available on Apple's site.

Note please that QuickTime is a *licensed* software package. 
Providing it on a 3rd party site would be a violation of the license.

The issue, wrt this thread, is that QuickTime is a lower-level 
package in Mac OS X.  It's not just a simple app that you can 
trash... so downgrading it is very difficult - there are many pieces 
that have to be removed - apps, plug-ins, frameworks, etc.
