G4 upgrades are NOT 100% universal, ESPECIALLY if you're talking about
pulling a stock Apple processor.

Yes, single-processor Macs can be upgraded to be DP machines,
especially with the third-party cards out there from Sonnet, Other
World Computing and NewerTech. Unfortunately, I don't think MDD
processor cards will work in a QS (which is a shame, since MDD
processors seem to be a lot less expensive than QS cards of the same
speed). If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.

Also, I don't think it's too likely that "Mystic" cards would work in
a Sawtooth, maybe due to the differing power supplies?
