Added any peripheral or new drives that are unshielded?
Any new (old) cabling?

Any new appliances, TVs, radios, added cards?

Any shared apartment walls nearby?

Try moving the machine to another room and see ( hear ) if it changes.

Any new wiring at all nearby?

Is all internal shielding in place?

Fluorescent lights you are using now but not before you noticed the trouble?
