That is correct.  G5 and Intel CPUs can have two cores (CPUs) in a 
single chip.  G4s only come one core (CPU) to the chip.  So for a G4 to 
have dual processors it will be two single cores.  Two separate CPUs are 
mounted on a common circuit board along with power and support circuitry.
