I've seen Pine-SolĀ® in stores with all sorts of different strengths,  
some as weak as 10% or less, others much stronger, and the 100% is  
really expensive. I know they also use d-limonene (sold as "citrus  
solvent) for cleaning circuit boards. I think 100% would be best.
