Gah, I forgot that site is oriented towards sharing the source code,  
not the compiled product...if you click on the nice convenient  
'Download' button you get the xcode project files.

Scroll down that page and click on "Download ClickToFlash 1.4fc Here"  
link you'll get a zipped up installer package.
