IF you are running OS9, yes ---- For OSX --- NO!

Use 'Superduper!' or 'CCC' to move EVERYTHING --- System & all data  
files to the 80GB drive, then change the 'startup Disk --> to the  
80GB disk.  Then 'Restart'.
