Good luck. I had a disagreement with a seller a few months back. He contacted the nanny. During the long, long time it took the nanny to respond we worked out our differences to mutual satisfaction. Yet when the nanny finally got around to it, I ended up being banned. When I ask for how long, I never got a reply. So, I assume it's for life.
