The one time rule is for selling an item on something other than the Swap list. For example, selling a cherry SE30 on the Vintage Mac list is allowed once per year. On the swap list, you can sell or buy as often as you wish, subject to the reposting rule (once a week for the same item) and the no dealer rule.
