Here's what I've done to address the above 1) Trashed energy saver pref. Computer did not generate a new one. 2) No PCI card in the computer anymore, got yanked due to original sleep problem. Has not been in there for years. 3) Tried every setting in Energy Saver Prefs, nothing helped the sleep problem. >Your drive directory was seriously messed up, I think.I'd boot from the OS >cd and run disk repair, just >to make sure things are OK. Hi, I did this but could not find disk repair on the OS DVD anywhere. It wanted to do another nuke and pave. A hint? Options was greyed out, that's where I've gone before to get this. Also trashed my Energy Saver Pref Pane and that option is now gone from System Preferences. Thought the OS would make a new one ? >What? There is no such thing as 'DHCP' email.
