I like it better than Thunderbird, simple personal preference, either one would work perfectly fine for my needs. Eudora sucks large green ones for IMAP use, and I never saw the point of paying for an email client. Again personal preference. Mail clients are an intensely personal choice, and rarely based purely on technical matters. Of course all of my opinion is colored by my absolute preference for an IMAP-style account. With IMAP you can try 'em all out. With POP you have to get one and stick to it. Horribly limiting. Fortunately you've got the IMAP option, since you gave a Gmail account. Set each one up in IMAP and play with 'em for a while. Uee each one for a week or two or three, see what bugs you, see what doesn't. -- Bruce Johnson University of Arizona College of Pharmacy Information Technology Group Institutions do not have opinions, merely customs --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed Low End Mac's G3-5 List, a group for those using G3, G4, and G5 desktop Macs - with a particular focus on Power Macs.
