Hi All, I am the originator of this thread. Joe is correct below. I do not own the software, however it is on a used machine I purchased from Mac of All Trades.
For the record I do plan on purchasing it sometime in the future - hopefully for a 50 - 60 price not the inflated ebay prices. Secondly I asked Mac of All Trades and PowerMax how they are allowed to sell used machines with no discs. According to them as a Apple Authorized Reseller they are able to do this within certain rights. Of course they didn't tell me all the legalities other than if i wanted to to call Apple to check.
