No. Baha is saying that it's okay to get that software from rapidshare.com, and that it's okay for someone to duplicate and upload the OS for distribution that way. I think the best solution is to ask for disks from the people who sold him a G4 with that OS installed on it--powermax.com. I think they either have to provide him with those disks or stop selling machines with that OS installed on it. I'll bet in their descriptions of the computer they are selling them with OS whatever. If that's the case, they're breaking the license agreement if they don't provide a set of disks with each one.
