I got into the consoles and found big files. A lot of them had to do with 
printing. I had installed the Common UNIX Printing Systems and the installer 
was still on the desktop. I installed it again and was able to print. What 
should I do to the logs if anything.

OS Version? This is important. What does the cups error log say?

(Start Console, click on the More Logs icon, and navigate to /var/log/ 
cups to see the cups error log)
