If you use an older version of DiskWarrior on a newer OS version you'll get error messages. As I recall, for Tiger 10.4.11 you needed at least DiskWarrior 3.0.3 rev.39 (the final v.3 series update) or newer. Version 3 was PPC Macs only, all Intel Macs require v.4 for Tiger 10.4.11.
