Don't use Safari, it has had serious security problems before. Use
Firefox, its the most secure browser available (or SeaMonkey or
Thunderbird, whatever).
Think about how many security (and other) updates Tiger has had in
Four years. Far too many.
As far as I'm concerned every Apple OS X.whatever is pre-release until
the next one comes out.
(or pretty close anyway).
