Perhaps it just isn't a "non-issue" for so many of us. Perhaps the sixteen months of anti-policy anarchy have increased the noise ratio of the postings to the point that many of us are getting awfully frustrated. Perhaps it has become such a big "non-issue" that it needs to be properly addressed and fixed.
