The Apple / Tech Tool Deluxe CD didn't boot, but the hardware test CD did boot.  It seems like it's hung up now, but I received this msg. in the results box prior to it hanging up:

2 STH/1/3: CPU A A AD7417AD1
Error Code

I'm guessing that's a really bad thing and not just a bad RAM stick.
