G4/500, tibook, OS10.4.11

Hi All-

Here's what is happening:
Everytime I open up network preferences on my Tibook to try and set up
security settings for my router I get this dialog box which pops up
and states "Your network settings have been changed by another
application." I click the blue OK box and it comes back up again and
again and again. I won't let me past that point. I then have to force
quit system preferences.
Is there a plist file I can trash or something to clear this out?
Anyone have a suggestion?

Thanks much,
Sam
