Window position assignment drives us nuts
In 10.4, all browser's windows position is reassigned when you move one window
to a different position. This causes the next window to assume the new
position, rather than staying at the old (and aligned) position.
Since this problem exists on all browser windows, it must be a system problem,
but I do not know what to search for to stop this madding problem.
Any ideas?
