Thanks Len for all this. Of course, the swap list! Now let's bring  
this one on. I have forgotten all about how to do all this. I will  
search and find out. Be nice to have an extra 500MB! I hav evidence  
today that something coud not do what I wanted because of a lack of  
memory (batch process of big tiffs to resize them, re canvas size  
them and jpg them - Fireworks would only do a few of them! FW is not  
so savy about working with disk memory, it is a simple thing but it  
has some very good export algorithms is why I keep using it.
