I notice that Apple has dropped PowerPC G3 from the iTunes requirements list. But iTunes 9.0 still runs on a G3! I can see a future release of iTunes making that stick (ie, built for only g4/g5/x86), but I seriously doubt we'll see Apple go much further for quite a while.... Remember: iTunes is the primary gateway to the Apple Store. Cutting off CURRENT customers prematurely is not a good business plan.
