I have Fedora on a separate partition on my G4. I can select X or Fedora using the Option key on startup. The linux booter also allows the selection of X or Linux. I just checked and Startup Disk System Preferences only shows the Mac boot options. Debian behaves the same way. -- Clark Martin Redwood City, CA, USA Macintosh / Internet Consulting "I'm a designated driver on the Information Super Highway" -- You received this message because you are a member of G-Group, a group for those using G3, G4, and G5 desktop Macs - with a particular focus on Power Macs.
