I bought this fan that the article suggested: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/4274/fan-235/SilenX_120x120x38mm_-_18dBA_-_90CFM_iXtrema_Pro_Fan_IXP-76-18.html?tl=g33c165s358 It is a three prong plugged fan, and I know which is positive and negative. The fan simply will not spin. I talked to SilenX and they verified which were the positive and negative wires, and sent me a replacement fan. The new fan won't work either. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
