Has anyone used any of the aerosol electronic contact cleaning

Or maybe suggest another solution?
Thanks all, especially Jim whose confidence inspiring detailed
description.
I worked the "upside down with micro fiber cloth" solution first and
that probably would have sufficed, but opted for the full surgical
treatment just to see what it was like. I cleaned plenty of lint from
the main cavity and some crud from the underside of the cowl which
covers the tiny track ball. I decided not to re-glue the bezel, rather
to secure it with thinly cut strips of tape.
Thanks again,
Dale
