Theres pretty much Plasma, LCD, LED+LCD and the new one OLED (organic). For greater than 42" you're generally only going to find Plasma screens I suspect, not too clued up on massive size monitors mind so I could be wrong.
OLED is hailed as the future, but it is still yet to hit mainstream.
