I believe these are all USB-to-PS/2 cable adapters. These are for PCs
only and have no use on a Mac, unless you have a PS/2 mouse or
keyboard you want to try and use with your Mac, which normally isn't a
very good idea, at least for the keyboards. I don't think there is
actually any difference in function. The ones with the little keyboard
icons probably came with a keyboard originally. The one with the mouse
icon came with a mouse originally. They should work identically the
same AFAIK.
