Hi Kris,
I'm not working with iTunes on this.
iTunes would print out the info according to its formats, but I need
the list in simple text form so I can print it in a custom layout i.e.
directly on a CD.

Can anyone recommend a good free album track list generator for

This is probably what you're seeking:
http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/22230/mp3names.
I don't think this correct. MP3Names seems to get title, artist,
etc. from an MP3 track that is missing this information. I believe
he was trying to extract the data from iTunes which already has all
the title, artist, etc. present so that he can have custom
information for his compilations?
If I am correct, he doesn't need anything, iTunes does this function
already. You make your compilation playlist, then highlight the
playlist and select "Print". A new Print window will open that gives
you the choice of 1) CD jewel case insert 2) Song listing 3) Album
listing. You can also select a "Theme" from many pre-made templates,
or customize the colors for your lists or jewel case inserts.
